The Programs Coordinator role at Elevate Equity is crucial to nurturing and executing our vision to create sustainable impact and investment on the lives of gender-expansive people in the GTA and beyond. Our mission is to ensure trans-affirming, anti-racist, transformational work environments exist across all sectors. At the root of our efforts towards equilibrium is community healing, wealth distribution and centralizing reciprocal relationship building.

The Programs Facilitator will work closely with the Programs Director to develop, implement and evaluate Elevate Equity’s community programs. Your role is to be an innovator, complexity wielder, and initiator for community connection and educational content.
