Elevate Leadership aims to establish points of connection through rest, nature, and food. We do so by curating experiences that enable present-day challenges to be faced in collaboration with our peers and co-conspirators.
Through a 2 day retreat, we aim to replenish community connections between community leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, and people who have been employed.
Elevate Leadership is for:

BIPOC trans leaders (whether in professional positions or informal leadership) who desire a space to connect with others doing similar work.

BIPOC trans leaders committed to redistributing power within our communities and want to develop skills to continue this work collaboratively.

BIPOC trans leaders invested in building community connection and networks of support in our purpose work.
This retreat aims to strengthen community connections, aid in building and co-creating leadership within our communities and most of all - centre joy, rest, and connection.
We believe in the power of relationship building and community as a pathway to ignite mobilization.
